I know what it feels like to chase “perfect” - the long hours, the pressure, the self-imposed 
expectations. For 25+ years I lived that corporate life, climbing into leadership, looking 
successful from the outside while it quietly took a toll on my health and sense of purpose.

That’s when I found kinesiology - and everything shifted. I saw what was blocking me, retrained, and stepped fully into work that goes deeper than strategy: coaching and mentoring that meets the whole person - mind, body, nervous system and energy.

Today, I work with successful women who’ve built everything they were supposed to want and know there’s a next level they haven’t stepped into yet.

Through 1:1 mentoring, group programs, Kinesiology and Reiki healing, I help them shed what no longer fits and reclaim their inner authority - because the ceiling rarely lives in the strategy.
