I know what it feels like to be chasing “perfect” — the long hours, the pressure, the self-imposed expectations. For years I lived that corporate life. On the outside, it looked successful. On the inside, it was exhausting. Eventually, it started to take a toll on my health, happiness, and sense of purpose.
 

That’s when I found kinesiology.
 

What started as one session recommended by a colleague turned into a turning point. I began to see what was blocking me, where I was stuck, and how I could move forward with more clarity and ease. The shift was so profound that I couldn’t keep it to myself. I retrained, changed paths, and stepped fully into this work — supporting others to reconnect with their mind, body, and emotions.
 

Today, through Ouma Earth, I hold space for people to be raw, real, and unapologetically themselves. Whether we meet at Drummoyne or online, every session is about you: your energy, your healing, your journey back to balance. Alongside kinesiology, I also offer Reiki healing, and I’m able to shift between modalities and healing philosophies in the moment — responding to exactly what your body needs.
 

Kinesiology isn’t “woo-woo” — it’s a practical, empowering way to clear blockages and give yourself the time and space to tune in. With compassion and curiosity, I help you uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface, so you can step forward with vitality and confidence.
 

I’m also proud to give back. For every session, I donate $5 to one of five charities close to my heart — a commitment I made with my very first client and will continue with my very last.

When I’m not in session, you’ll find me enjoying a lazy brunch or out on the golf course (yes, really!).
